We often get asked are you Part P registered and who with?

Well, to answer these question, Part P is a building regulation relating to electrical works undertaken in your home and the registered part, is the registration body who you have been assessed and endorsed by to undertake the works e.g NAPIT, NICEIC.

We are endorsed by NAPIT and yearly assessed to make sure we are at the top of our game and all of our work is carried out in line with the Part P building regulations.

NAPIT stands for the National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers, NAPIT is known for being a mark of quality and that a safe high standard of workmanship is achieved by the registered electrician. This is huge peace of mind for customers who struggle to find the right electrician.

After hearing stories of poor workmanship and trades never turning up this frustrated me to hear about the lack of care and attention being given to customers. This was reason why JJB Electrical LTD was set up, our mission being is to fill this gap in the domestic market, our goal is to always turn up as agreed, to stay in communication with our customers, to be friendly, efficient, to carry out all electrical works to the highest possible standard and to treat you and your home with respect you both deserve.

We are fully insured with public liability insurance to the sum of £5 million pounds for the electrical works that we undertake and £250,000 of professional indemnity insurance for our inspection and testing works so that you can rest assured you are in safe hands.

If you are having electrical works carried out in your home, please make sure that your electrician is member of a Competent person scheme and that you receive the relevant certification and building notifications for the completed works.
